Supporting Quality Certifications & ADNOC Pre-Qualification
Problem: A valve manufacturing start-up in KEZAD Industrial Zone required support in establishing its quality and management systems as part of its preparation to pre-qualify as a manufacturer with ADNOC. This included achieving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, together with developing the required API Q1 quality management processes.
Solution: Enuveon evaluated certification bodies and supported the selection of an appropriate provider, before developing the required ISO procedures and management processes around the manufacturer's existing operations. Following the external certification audit, we supported the closure of identified findings and subsequently worked with the client's manufacturing team to develop and implement the API Q1 quality management procedures required for the next stage of qualification.
Results: The client successfully achieved ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. The API Q1 quality management procedures were developed, implemented and incorporated into the client's ADNOC pre-qualification activities, establishing the foundation for future API certification following the required operational implementation and audit period.
